Eric has over 20 years of experience within the food service industry. He has extensive experience in restaurants and catering. Eric attended CSU before deciding to pursue a career as an Executive Chef. Inspired by one of the Executive Chefs that he worked under in Loveland, Eric enrolled at The Art Institute of Colorado in the spring of 1997 and graduated in the fall of 1998. He is currently the managing partner and one of the Executive Chefs for Carter's Creative Catering. He has been working for years to establish a network of chefs in the Northern Colorado area.
Holly has 12 years of experience within the food service industry. With an extensive background as an Executive Pastry Chef and passion for working with pastries and cakes, she also has experience in food production and cooking. Holly's mother inspired her to become a chef and focusing her career in the direction of pastries and cakes.
Eric and Holly are married and met while working together in Loveland. They currently live in Loveland, Colorado with two children, Kyle and Kailee. Eric and Holly founded Carter's Creative Catering in 2007.
