
Cassie and David's wedding at Della Terra in Estes Park on April 22nd 2010
We started With a variety of Appetizers.
Antipasto platters which included Italian style Meats and Cheese, Assorted Pickled and Fresh Peppers, Basil Aioli, and Soffrito.
Bruschetta Canape ( Roma tomatoes, Roasted bell peppers, Pepperoncinis, Mixed with Olive oil and a splash of Balsamic. Served on Parmesan Crostini with Fresh Basil)
Followed by an Italian Buffet Dinner. The buffet include Stuffed Manicotti and Chicken Choice of a Traditional Marinara, or a Sun-dried tomato pesto Alfredo
To finish off the night every one enjoyed White Cake with Raspberry and Lemon Filling.
