Decorations and Accents

Holly has experience working with the following mediums: Fondant, Whipped Cream, Butter Cream, Marzipan, Pastillage, Sugar and Chocolate.

She can create anything you can think of to garnish cakes including basket weave and lace decorations.

Some items such as pearls, ribbons, fresh flowers, puffs, toppers, etc. can either be provided by you or you can make arrangements with Holly to provide them for you.

 

Flavor Combinations

Designing and displaying a wedding cake is a momentous and important occasion. Holly has great passion and dedication to her career as a Pastry Chef. She will work with you to provide a cake for your wedding that fits your vision, one that will be remembered.

Below are some ideas for various flavor combinations and decorations:

Cake Flavors - White, Chocolate, Yellow, Marble, Carrot, Lemon and Lavender, Almond and Poppy Seed. We can provide other flavors above what you see here if you have something else in mind.

Icing Flavors - Vanilla (White or Butter Cream), Chocolate Butter Cream or Cream Cheese. We can also create flavors based on various liqueurs, nuts, fruits or spices.

Filling Flavors - Vanilla or Chocolate Pastry Cream, Various Fruits including: Strawberry, Raspberry, Cherry or Lemon.

We will accommodate any requests for different flavors or combinations.
