Our website is designed to be an interactive, innovative and educational experience for our customers. Some of the highlights are as follows:

Clients will be able to choose from package deals or create an a la carte menu for their event.  An online menu tally/calculator will allow customers to estimate the price of their menu selections based on the cost of the items chosen and the amount of people served.

Clients will be able to look at our online calender, see if the date for their event is open or closed, and if open, put a deposit down to hold the date via PayPal.

Links explaining culinary terms such as "couli, en croute, etc." that will be available at the click of a button, allowing our clients to better understand our menus.

Videos of our "on display cooking stations" will be coming very soon.

Clients will be able to submit testimonies for other prospective clients to see regarding our service. To engage more with our customers, fans and friends, we will have links to our Facebook page, allowing you to see more of what our clients, fans, and friends have to say.  Additionally, we will have links to all of our friends', business associates', and family members' web sites so that visitors to our site can more easily find the folks we do business with as well.
